About Me

General

My name is Dor Zuberi, I’m 21-years-old, from Israel.
I’m a web developer which specializes in a few web development fields such as PHP, SQL and WordPress.

Education

High-School

In high-school i have learned 15 units of Computer Science for about 3 years and graduated with a final grade of 94.
In those three years i have learned a few subjects such as C, Pascal, Design Pattern and more.
As my final project i have decided to build an HTML compiler in C language, my project’s grade was 100.

College

After high-school i have decided to go to college before enlisting to the army, and i went to learn Software Engineering in Ort Rehovot College.
While in college i have learn lots of material such as Assembler, C++, SQL,  Operating Systems (UNIX based), File Systems and much much more.
As part of my graduation my project was a BlackJack application for Sony Ericsson mobile phones (J2ME), my grade was 100.

Today i have a Practical Degree in Software Engineering.

Knowledge

As i have mentioned before, my main knowledge and expertize is in web development.

I have 6 to 7 years of experience in web development, especially in PHP & SQL. In the last year i have dedicated myself into knowing WordPress better, and become a WordPress theme & plugin developer.

Two years ago i have decided to start my own web development company, and today  after two years i’m happy to say that this move was a smart one. but alas, because i’ve joined the army i had to close my business because i can’t work while serving in the army.

Hobbies

Music

Music is my main hobby, everything i do, i do while listening to music, even sleeping!
My favorite artists are Armin Van-Buuren & Enigma.
My main “MP3 Player” is my phone, Sony Ericsson Aino, which is one of the best entertainment phones ever made.

Photography

Sometimes i just love going out to a trip with my phone (Sony Ericsson Aino – 8.1MPx nHD) and simply take photos, and from what i have heard from my family and friends i’m a talent

I worship “Command & Conquer” strategy-game series, if you haven’t tried it yet, IT IS ABOUT TIME!
Beside that i love playing online “Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory” game.
